Hi I'm Erin! I am employed by Berkshire Hathaway New England Properties in the Education Department, where our focus is on implementing new tools and technology for our staff and agents. Additionally, I lead the MTC training program, which aims to develop streamlined techniques and improve communication at the office level. My career in real estate began as an agent and later transitioned into an administrative role within one of our company offices, where I spent six years gaining valuable experience. These experiences have prepared me to assist others in my current role. I am passionate about working in real estate due to its fast-paced and constantly evolving nature. The highlight of my day is assisting others and building relationships with agents and staff.
